Dairy and Egg free Chocolate Cake

Cake becomes somewhat difficult since eggs are almost always used in it, but it is do-able!!


You'll need:
Bowl for mixing
Fork/whisk
8x8 baking dish
Vegetable cooking spray
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup warm water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (You can use distilled white if you prefer)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Mix together dry ingredients until well blended

Add wet ingredients and mix together until well blended

Grease pan with cooking spray

Pour mixture into cooking dish

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and dry

Let cool and enjoy!


This recipe also works wonderfully with a cake pop maker if you have one. I went out and bought one so we could have a little bit of fun decorating them. Also, another fun thing about this, IT'S SAFE TO LICK THE BOWL!! :D
