Garlic Pork Chops
My husband loves pork chops and I'm not fond of them, but I've found a great way to make them that I enjoy.

Directions:
If your pork chops have been thawed out then season them to your liking before hand, then follow the rest of the directions.

I'd say I use a about a tablespoon of each seasoning and 5-6 grinds of the salt and pepper grinders.
If you cook yours frozen like me, put them in the slow cooker, pour enough water just to barely cover the pork chops. (Now add your seasonings)
Put the lid on and set your slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or until your pork chops reach 160 degrees F.
Serve with a side or two and enjoy!!
